Between the ipad dominating mobile purchasing http://www.richrelevance.com/insights/mobile-shopping/
and everyone with an iphone having a credit card already wired to their phone (160 million or so)… Apple is set to dominate commerce in a very real way. Amazon seems to be the only one that might be able to compete. I really wonder about all the “new” mobile NFC companies and can’t imagine how they can compete.
Obviously I knew Apple was well positioned for this and I think the iphone 5 will probably enable NFC… but the scale opportunity is staggering.
